Job Summary: Manages end-to-end HR functions for the real estate sales department, including payroll, comprehensive sales performance tracking, strategic staffing, and compliance. Requires a proactive and leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end monthly payroll for the real estate sales department, including incentives.

• Oversee attendance and leave management for the entire sales team.

• Develop and maintain systems for tracking sales deals, prospects, and performance metrics; calculate incentives.

• Identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle for sales representatives.

• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies; handle grievances.

• Act as primary HR contact for sales employees; foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.

• Proven experience in payroll processing and sales incentive calculations.

• Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing strategies.
