Assistant Manager Compliance & Payroll
Job Location: Okhla Phase 2
New Delhi -110020
Job Description: • Statutory Compliances ( PF, ESI, Labour)
• Ensure compliance with regard to provident fund, ESI, shops &
commercial establishments and other applicable laws.
• Good knowledge of Labour Laws
• Payroll and Salary processing + generation of salary slips
• Filing of PF and ESI returns on or before due dates
• Stock maintenance
• Liaison with authorities if needed
• Maintenance and updating of all necessary registers as required by
labour laws including CLRA
• Maintenance of attendance register, leave and reimbursements
• Provide timely information on attendance and reimbursements for
payroll processing
• Maintenance of requisite documentation and approvals
• MIS as needed
• Must have good knowledge of excel.
• Should have worked in a payroll software
Desired Skills • Excellent experience in compliances, Labor, etc
• Must have good communication skills
