Job Responsibilities;
Office Management:Oversees day-to-day office activities, manages office supplies, and ensures all necessary resources are available.
Document Management:Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files, reports, and databases, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaison and Support:Acts as a key point of contact between executives, clients, and colleagues, and provides support to other teams as needed.
Stock Management: Issuing & maintaining Centre related stocks like T shirts,Rashguards & other inventories.
Attention to Detail:Crucial for accurate record-keeping, financial oversight, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed correctly.
Qualifications
Education: Prefer a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience:Previous experience in administrative or executive assistant roles is often beneficial, and candidates may advance to this position after gaining experience in similar roles.
