Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as needed
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Handle travel arrangements and itineraries
Support in event coordination and internal communications with the internal teams as required.
Partially assiting the Operations team with the recruitments.
Perform general office duties to ensure the department runs efficiently.
