About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to
provide comprehensive support to the senior management. The ideal candidate should be efficient,
detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information while managing day-to-day
operations, scheduling, and coordination activities.

Position: Executive Assistant
Location: Peeragarhi
Job Type: Full-time, Work from office
Experience: 1–3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.

  • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, emails, and reports.

  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations for meetings.

  • Assist in project follow-ups, task tracking, and ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Support Operations team with administrative tasks when required.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolve issues proactively.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Professional email drafting and business communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree any field.

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role.
