We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team at Perfect Sales Electronics Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of employees
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts
Managing employee records and HR documentation
Handling payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
Implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Performance management and employee appraisals
Employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
Training coordination and employee development
Overseeing office administration and day-to-day operations
Managing office facilities, housekeeping, and security
Vendor management (stationery, pantry, maintenance, etc.)
Asset management (IT equipment, furniture, inventory)
Travel arrangements and accommodation coordination
Office budget control and expense monitoring
Ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Supporting management with administrative reports and coordination
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working and the first and third Saturday is off.
