We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, but candidates with relevant skills from different backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle routine administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and documentation
Assist in coordinating office activities and schedules
Support various departments with administrative needs
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
Ensure timely reporting and documentation
Work efficiently during night shifts
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in administration or related roles
Organizational and multitasking ability.
Proactive, organized, sense of ownership and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing)
Problem solving and punctuality.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written), Basic knowledge in Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.)
Willingness to work night shifts
