Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure administrative efficiency.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and communication.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist in HR support functions like attendance tracking and onboarding.
Handle petty cash, vendor management, and office maintenance issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Support management with any other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
