We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Admin In-Charge to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative processes related to procurement and billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and manage receivables efficiently
Oversee maintenance and smooth functioning of facilities
Supervise on-site activities and ensure timely issue resolution
Manage vendor documents and monitor facility-related budgets and expenses
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards with company policies
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices
Experience in vendor management and contract handling
Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and procurement processes
Effective communication and supervision skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Attributes:
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Familiarity with MS Office and facility management tools.
