Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate customer visits, and support basic inventory and yard activities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth front-office functioning and operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
• Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related activities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordination
• Maintain Customer visit records
• Courier Handling
• Payments and Petty cash handling
2. Customer Coordination
• Schedule and manage customer appointments in advance
• Receive and assist walk-in clients professionally
• Coordinate visits to the yard for product or equipment viewing
• Accompany customers to the nearby yard
• Assist in showcasing large equipment and explaining basic details
3. Tool Room Management
• Assist in showcasing the tool room to customers.
• Maintain high security in tool room / tool room visit
• Stock Inward / Outward management
4. Data Entry Operator
• Must be able to do data mining with AI tool (preferably “Gemini”)
• Able to send email to customers regarding the available machinery.
5. Reporting & Coordination
• Report directly to the EA to MD
• Provide regular updates on office activities, customer visits, and stock status
• Must send daily reports
