Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and managing all official letters, emails, and correspondence.
Maintaining office records, files, registers, and documentation.
Handling phone calls, follow-ups, and coordination with external parties.
Preparing letters and notes using MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.).
Creating and posting basic content on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Assisting in day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate with strong computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email drafting).
Good English & Hindi communication skills.
Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools for drafting and formatting.
Social media handling knowledge (especially Facebook).
Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to multitask.
Must have own conveyance.
