Key Responsibilities
1. Factory Setup & Infrastructure Support
Assist in initial factory setup activities such as office arrangement, utilities, and basic infrastructure readiness.
Coordinate with vendors for electrical, civil, and utility works.
Ensure availability of essential facilities like water, power, furniture, and basic office requirements.
2. Maintenance Coordination
Coordinate routine maintenance of factory infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, civil).
Track and report breakdowns or repair requirements.
Follow up with vendors/technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
3. Housekeeping & Facility Management
Manage housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of shop floor, office, and common areas.
Ensure proper waste disposal and basic hygiene standards.
Maintain discipline and organization in workspaces.
4. Labor Management & Wages Support
Maintain records of contract labor / helpers working at the factory.
Assist in attendance tracking and basic wage calculations.
Coordinate with contractors for timely wage payments and manpower availability.
5. Vendor & Service Coordination
Coordinate with local vendors for services like housekeeping, repairs, transport, and utilities.
Maintain basic records of vendor work and payments.
Ensure services are delivered on time and as per requirement.
6. Inventory of Consumables & Office Supplies
Track and manage stock of consumables (cleaning items, stationery, etc.).
Ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain records related to maintenance, labor, vendor services, and expenses.
Keep proper documentation for internal reference and audits.
Support basic reporting to management.
8. Safety & Compliance Support
Ensure basic safety practices are followed in the factory.
Assist in maintaining safety equipment and signage.
Support compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Key Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in admin / factory support
Education: Graduate preferred
