Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries.
Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Support the HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.
Assist in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
Ensure proper filing (electronic and physical) of records and documents.
Welcome and assist visitors and manage front-desk activities when required.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff.
Perform other clerical and support duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
