Job Summary:

We are looking for a Admin Assistant to join our team Bajaj Finance Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be res•ponsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20,000 and further growth opportunities in the Organization.•

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries.

  • Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Support the HR and finance teams with administrative tasks.

  • Assist in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.

  • Ensure proper filing (electronic and physical) of records and documents.

  • Welcome and assist visitors and manage front-desk activities when required.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal staff.

  • Perform other clerical and support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
