Admin Supervisor

We are looking for a Admin Supervisor to join our team at Sheetal Mercantile Private Limited to manage the full-cycle factory and facility operations for the organization. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all factory and facility operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Take full responsibility for the management and upkeep of the entire factory premises.

• Enforce strict supervision on daily factory activities, ensuring discipline and adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Maintain high standards of professionalism and work ethic among factory staff and workers.

• Implement and monitor safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
