Position: Admin Supervisor
Reports To: Hospital Direct/Unit Head
The Hospital Admin Supervisor is responsible for the effective coordination of non-clinical hospital operations, including administrative control, inter-departmental coordination, compliance, facility supervision, and field-related assignments. The role requires both in-hospital administrative duties and field work as and when required to support operational, compliance, and liaison activities.
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day non-clinical hospital operations.
Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory compliances.
Liaise with doctors, nursing, paramedical, HR, accounts, and support teams.
Monitor OPD/IPD flow, front office operations, and patient grievance handling.
Manage manpower support activities including duty rosters, attendance, discipline, and staff documentation.
Supervise facility and support services such as housekeeping, security, utilities, and biomedical waste management.
Perform field work, including visits for regulatory coordination, vendor follow-ups, inspections, audits, licensing, empanelment, and other official assignments as directed by management.
Maintain administrative records, licenses, registrations, and audit documentation.
Support NABH, quality initiatives, safety drills, and continuous improvement programs.
The salary package is inclusive of travel allowance, and no separate TA/DA shall be payable unless approved by management.
Strong coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of hospital administration and compliance
Ability to manage field assignments and administrative responsibilities
Basic understanding of NABH and healthcare quality systems
