We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Own and manage end-to-end administrative and operational activities
Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor invoices, and payment processing
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and internal processes
Handle vendor management, negotiations, billing, and service coordination
Manage office infrastructure, supplies, and facility-related requirements
Track and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost control
Follow up with customers on overdue invoice payments.
Initiate vendor bill payments through the bank.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting tasks.
Taking Ownership of and handling all accounts-related activities.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and general admin support
Follow up on tasks across teams and ensure timely closure
Identify gaps in operations and proactively implement solutions
Act as a single point of contact for all admin and operations-related matters
