Job Description

Site Administrator – Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete day-to-day site administration.

  • Supervise housekeeping, security, gardeners, and support staff.

  • Ensure cleanliness of cabins, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities (electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, etc.).

  • Maintain office assets, inventory, and administrative records.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

  • Monitor attendance and deployment of site support staff.

  • Manage visitor entry, gate passes, and security coordination.

  • Arrange meeting rooms, office supplies, and employee administrative support.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company policies.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly administration reports.

  • Escalate operational issues to management and ensure timely resolution.
