Job Description

Admin Manager – Roles & Responsibilities (Printing & Packaging Industry)

  • Overall management of plant and office administration including housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, utilities, and vendor coordination.

  • Handling complete documentation and record management for employees, payroll, stores, dispatch, legal, and statutory requirements.

  • Managing attendance, payroll processing, overtime, incentives, deductions, and coordination for PF, ESIC, PT, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory compliances.

  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and handling inspections, notices, and legal correspondence.

  • Administrative control and coordination of store operations including inward-outward records, consumables, and inventory documentation.

  • Supervising dispatch and logistics documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and transporter coordination for timely dispatch.

  • Managing contractor and contract labour documentation, compliance, attendance, and wage records.

  • Coordinating and leading admin, store, and dispatch teams for smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Supporting audits (SEDEX/SMETA/ISO/customer audits) and maintaining all related records and registers.

  • Ensuring workplace discipline, safety compliance, PPE usage, and supporting health & safety initiative
