We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle the day-to-day administrative operations of our academy. The candidate should ensure smooth office functioning and assist management in coordination, documentation, and communication tasks.
Manage office operations and administrative activities efficiently.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain records, files, and documentation properly.
Coordinate between departments and assist HR or management when needed.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and events.
Prepare reports, data entries, and maintain attendance logs.
Support front-desk and reception duties if required.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in administration (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
