We are looking for an Admin Executive Cum Receptionist to join our team at Versuni to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organisation's/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Support on the Onboarding process and HR induction
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate and 1Year. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
