Job Title: HR cum Admin Executive (Manufacturing Plant)

This role manages day-to-day HR and administrative operations at the manufacturing plant. The position ensures smooth attendance tracking, labour management, statutory compliance support, and plant-level administration, while maintaining discipline and supporting overall workforce coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track daily attendance, manage biometric systems, and monitor absenteeism and overtime
• Enroll new employees and labour on biometric machines
• Maintain attendance and manpower MIS reports
• Coordinate shift schedules and labour deployment with supervisors
• Handle onboarding, joining formalities, and maintain employee records
• Update HRIS/ERP data and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning)
• Resolve basic employee grievances at the shop floor
• Provide monthly payroll inputs (attendance, OT, leave, deductions)
• Support PF, ESIC, CLRA compliance and maintain statutory registers
• Manage plant administration—housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, PPE/uniform stock
• Monitor canteen operations and vendor coordination
• Assist safety team with toolbox talks and safety drills
• Coordinate facility maintenance and support audits (HR, compliance, safety)
Required Skills:
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing HR & labour management
• Basic understanding of PF, ESIC
• MS Excel proficiency
• Ability to handle labour workforce & shop-floor activities
• Knowledge of biometric & HRIS tools
• Organized, energetic, and multitasking ability
• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/BA/B.Com preferred)
• PG in HR (optional)
