· 8 to 10 years of experience in handling all aspects of office and facility management
· Manages front office operations, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring professional and high-quality service
· Handles phone calls, emails, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently, maintains accurate records, manages access protocols, and ensures security compliance
· Works closely with admin/HR for facilities management, courier services, vendor coordination, and office supplies
· Assists management with executive-level support, presentations, & reports when needed
· Contract administration and management
· Vendor management and service checks, investigates complaints on service and equipment and takes corrective steps
· Monitors and supervises daily and routine soft service aspects of facility management which include housekeeping, pantry, janitorial and support services, horticulture, pest management amongst other things
· Responsible for record keeping, conducts regular physical inventories, and takes an active part in procurement of supplies and equipments
· Records data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and timecards, and prepares periodic reports
· Proven experience liaisoning with government authorities
