Hiring: Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations

  • Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management

  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements

  • Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office processes and employee support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
