Hiring: Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and facility management
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Ensure smooth functioning of office processes and employee support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in administration or office management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

Basic knowledge of office accounts/admin processes
