Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle general administration, housekeeping, and security
• Manage vendors (canteen, maintenance)
• Maintain office assets, records, and inventory
• Coordinate travel and logistics
• Support compliance, audits, and documentation
• Provide employee admin support (ID cards, uniforms, etc.)
• Checking and prepare report as required
• Site visit if required to any site engineer for medical emergency.
• Government offices visit if required.
• And other HR& admin related tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate -BBA/B.Com preferred
2–4 years experience in admin (manufacturing preferred)
CTC -20-25k
Good communication and MS Office skills
