ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee maintenance, operations, vendor coordination, and compliance across our corporate and residential properties to ensure smooth and cost-effective facility management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day facility operations for corporate and residential premises
• Oversee housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor budgets, AMC contracts, and cost control measures
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Address occupant concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain reports, records, and asset documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience managing both corporate and residential properties
• Knowledge of EHS and statutory compliance
