Spectra Overseas is hiring an Admin Executive for our office in Lothda, Rajkot. We are looking for a responsible, organized, and hardworking candidate who can handle daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations. Freshers can also apply for this role. The role is based at the office, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and salary starting from ₹20,000 per month, with no bar for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration work
Support senior management in assigned tasks
Maintain office coordination between departments and staff
Complete assigned work within deadlines
Act as backup support when required
Maintain records, documents, and smooth workflow
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in office work
Eligibility:
Any Graduate can apply
Preferred: B.Com / B.A / BBA / MBA
Freshers are welcome
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized and responsible work approach
