Job Description

Administrative & Office Management

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure seamless office operations.

  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical & digital).

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and distributor communications.

Distributor & Sales Coordination

  • Support coordination with 200+ distributors across India.

  • Track distributor orders, confirm dispatch details, and follow up on payments.

  • Assist in preparing distributor-related reports, price lists, and communication materials.

Billing & Documentation

  • Coordinate with accounts for bill generation, credit notes, cash discounts, and outstanding summaries.

  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of invoices, purchase orders, challans, and transport documents.

Logistics Support

  • Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team to track shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.

  • Maintain records of courier/transporters and resolve basic shipment-related queries.

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

  • Maintain stock movement data, distributor-wise summaries, and order tracking sheets.

General Support

  • Assist management with meeting schedules, follow-ups, and operational planning.

  • Support HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking and documentation when required.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good written and verbal communication (Hindi & English)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email coordination)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-growing environment

  • Comfort working in a manufacturing/distribution setup
