Designation : Admin & HR executive
Work Mode : Work from Office Only
Location : Indore (Madhya Pradesh)
Time : 10 am to 7 pm
· General Administrative Tasks: Handling general office duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
· Vendor and Client Communication: Interacting with vendors and clients regarding payment-related matters.
· Bank Reconciliations: Reconciling bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
· Auditing: Assisting with internal and external audits.
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Accounting Knowledge: A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
· Accounts Payable & Receivable: Managing the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts for both incoming and outgoing transactions.
· Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
· Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting with the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
· Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks.
· Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to financial records.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
