We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at Shreeji 99 Enterprises to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations: Oversee procedures, maintain office supplies, and ensure equipment readiness.
Handle communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors, and direct inquiries.
Organize meetings and schedules: Coordinate appointments, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records: Manage digital and physical filing systems, update reports, and ensure data accuracy.
Support HR and finance: Assist with onboarding, invoicing, expense tracking, and personnel records.
Prepare documents: Create reports, presentations, memos, and spreadsheets.
Customer and staff support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendors
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
