Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle front desk operations and greet visitors.
• Attend calls and respond to inquiries.
• Manage student records and office documentation.
• Coordinate appointments and daily administrative tasks.
• Update and maintain CRM and Excel records.
• Support counsellors and office operations.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable and professional personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Good administrative and coordination skills.
