Job Summary
The Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative activities, and supporting staff to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain records, documents, and filing systems (physical and digital).
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support HR and management with documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed.
