We are looking for a Admin Executive to join our team at SARVAJITH INFOTECH to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
Maintain employee and client records, documents, and databases.
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate documentation.
Handle office correspondence including emails, calls, and courier management.
Assist HR team in onboarding documentation and maintaining employee files.
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
Prepare reports, maintain MIS, and support management with administrative tasks.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
Support event coordination, meetings, and office logistics.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
