Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field to ensure seamless operations and foster effective communication with stakeholders, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Office Coordination: Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a smooth workflow.
● SupplyManagement: Manage office supplies, receipts, and inventory to ensure timely availability. ● Staff Administration: Handle employee records, attendance, and administrative support.
● Supplier & Buyer Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and buyers, both in India and overseas, ensuring clear and effective communication.
● ReportCoordination: Collect and compile reports from various departments for management review.
● Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills to manage internal and external correspondence effectively.
Requirements:
● Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in office administration or a related field.
● Proximity to Office: Residing within a 6-7 km radius of Peeragarhi, New Delhi.
● Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English.
