Job Responsibilities
Manage overall office administration and facility operations
Supervise housekeeping, reception, and office maintenance
Coordinate meetings, conference room setup, and working lunches
Handle travel bookings (flights, cabs, hotels)
Visa/passport processes
Manage courier services and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and uniform distribution
Organize company events and employee activities
Coordinate employee transport
Support time office activities and attendance tracking
Requirements
3–6 years of admin/office management experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
