We are seeking a proactive and organized Senior Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, and executive support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Verify and process reimbursement claims, vendor invoices, rented equipment bills, and corporate credit card statements.
Manage payments for leased lines, Wi-Fi, stationery, groceries, utilities, mobile/landline bills, and other office expenses.
Coordinate with Airtel relationship managers for corporate connections.
Arrange laptops, stationery kits, and other resources for employees.
Monitor office inventory and ensure timely replenishment of stationery and pantry supplies.
Supervise housekeeping, office cleanliness, and general facility maintenance.
Manage courier services, documentation, and office records.
Coordinate maintenance of printers, laptops, and other office equipment.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight/train bookings, hotel reservations, visas, passports, and travel insurance.
Organize meeting rooms and administrative support for internal meetings.
Coordinate printing of letterheads, visiting cards, and other office stationery.
Handle insurance renewals, utility payments, and other administrative renewals.
Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director and Directors.
