Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations and invoices accurately

  • Maintain administrative records, files, and reports

  • Use AI tools to create basic posters and digital content

  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support

  • Handle email communication and basic office correspondence

  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in admin or office support roles

  • Proficiency in English and Tamil

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

  • Willingness to learn and use AI tools for posters and admin tasks
