Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor, resolve, and assign incoming issues, tasks, requests based on priority.
Track, assign, and manage company assets (laptops, phones, software licenses, etc.) across departments.
Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented.
Collaborate with teams to ensure tickets are addressed promptly and follow up on open issues.
Maintain ticket Issues documentation and generate status reports for management.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely asset requests and returns.
Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and replacements of assets as needed.
