✨ Key Responsibilities
Maintain biometric records & manual attendance
Prepare delivery challans, cash vouchers & cash receipts
Handle filing and record maintenance of invoices, vendor bills & return delivery challans
Follow up with clients for payments via calls, emails & messages
Coordinate with new clients through online calls for rental orders
Maintain client ledger & monthly invoice tracking
Send quotations to customers for order confirmation

Good administration & coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel / documentation)
