We are looking for a reliable and organized IT & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations while providing basic IT support to ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across administrative and technical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist HR and management with documentation, reports, and coordination.
Support internal teams with administrative requirements.
Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
IT Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support for employees (system setup, troubleshooting common issues).
Manage and maintain office hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices.
Install and configure software, applications, and user accounts.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for maintenance and issue resolution.
Monitor system performance and report technical issues proactively.
Maintain records of IT assets and software licenses.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles; basic IT support experience is a plus.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
