We are driven by innovation and are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist the Founder/CEO in managing daily operations efficiently.
As the Executive Admin assistant, you will provide critical administrative support to the senior management team. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder/CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
· Ensure consistent follow-up on delegated tasks and pending actions, ensuring timely completion.
· Prepare reports, manage data, and maintain records using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
· Coordinate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
· Maintain confidentiality in all business matters and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
· Support the Founder/CEO with special projects and operational tasks as required.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive or in a similar role.
Skills: - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
