We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative, facility management, and documentation needs of our Modular Construction company. The role will ensure smooth office operations, compliance with policies, and efficient support for both office and site teams.
1. Office & Administrative Support
Manage daily office operations, correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
Maintain employee attendance records, leave management, and shift schedules.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and site teams.
Monitor and manage office supplies, stationary, and vendor coordination.
Assist in drafting official letters, circulars, and notices.
2. Site & Project Coordination
Provide administrative support to site teams in material dispatches, record keeping, and manpower coordination.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely documentation and payments.
Maintain records of site expenses, bills, and approvals.
3. Facility & Asset Management
Ensure office and site facilities are well-maintained and operational.
Maintain records of company assets (laptops, tools, vehicles, etc.).
Oversee housekeeping, security, and support staff.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare periodic MIS reports related to admin and expenses.
Handle confidential documents and data with discretion.
Maintain systematic filing (digital & physical) for easy retrieval.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic ERP knowledge.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
