Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and facility operations of our coworking center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain a high level of service for members, and support the team with documentation, vendor coordination, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
• Ensure the coworking space is clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, pantry stock, and stationery.
Front Desk & Member Support:
• Welcome visitors, guests, and members with a friendly and professional approach.
• Handle queries, complaints, and service requests from members.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of members (access cards, seating, lockers, etc.)
Vendor Coordination:
• Liaise with external vendors for services like cleaning, maintenance, printing, courier, etc.
• Track service quality and resolve vendor-related issues promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain daily logs (attendance, visitors, issue tracker, etc.)
• Assist with billing coordination, invoice tracking, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.
Communication & Coordination:
• Act as the point of contact between teams (admin, accounts, IT, and operations).
• Assist in organizing internal events or community activities.
• Share periodic reports with management (issue summary, usage trends, feedback).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic documentation.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
