The Administrative Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day office administration, coordination with internal teams and external vendors, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative requirements
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams
Assist management with reports, presentations, and MIS data
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Support HR/admin documentation such as joining formalities and letters
Ensure proper record-keeping and document control
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
Maintain asset records and track usage
Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment
Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related documents
Support audits and inspections with required records
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of office administration and documentation
Problem-solving and time-management skills
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Detail-oriented and proactive approach
