Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating office administration, vendor management, facility management, documentation, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Management
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the dealership.
Ensure proper maintenance of office premises, facilities, and assets.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, pantry, and other support services.
Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and office requirements.
Maintain records of AMC contracts, utility bills, and service agreements.
Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain administrative records, files, and registers.
Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward documentation.
Prepare reports and maintain MIS related to administrative activities.
Asset Management
Maintain inventory records of office equipment, furniture, and assets.
Track asset allocation and movement within the organization.
Coordination & Support
Provide administrative support to dealership departments.
Coordinate meetings, events, training programs, and employee activities.
Assist management in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company administrative policies.
Support safety, security, and workplace management initiatives.
Coordinate statutory and local administrative requirements as applicable.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Additional qualification in Administration or Office Management will be preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or Facility Management.
Experience in the automobile industry/dealership will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
