Job Summary
Euploid Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage the end-to-end HR functions and administrative responsibilities at our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be experienced in HR operations, statutory compliance, plant administration, and workforce coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
Maintain complete employee lifecycle records (joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits).
Manage attendance, shift rosters, overtime logs, and absenteeism tracking.
Support recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes for staff, operators, and contract labor.
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary inputs, deductions, and compliance documentation.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution as per company policies.
Maintain HRIS systems and statutory registers (Form 7, Form 22, muster roll, leave register, etc.).
Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely filing and remittance of ESIC, PF, and other labor law contributions.
Coordinate and support inspections, audits, and returns under the Factory Act.
Maintain updated records and documentation in accordance with Karnataka Labor Department regulations.
Administration
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations: housekeeping, canteen, transportation, utilities, etc.
Maintain plant facilities, safety systems, firefighting equipment, and cleanliness.
Manage distribution and records for PPE, uniforms, ID cards, gate passes, and office stationery.
Supervise visitor logs, courier dispatch, maintenance requests, and related services.
Handle vendor management, AMC renewals, and procurement of administrative supplies.
Operations Support
Liaise with Production, QA/QC, and Maintenance departments for manpower planning.
Prepare and update employee shift allocation charts and ensure proper deployment.
Monitor attendance discipline and support efforts to reduce absenteeism.
Assist in plant documentation, SOP implementation, and workforce planning.
Support HR/Operations audits with necessary data and records.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in BBA/B.Com/BA (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience in HR, Admin, or Operations within a factory setup.
Proficient in MS Excel, documentation, HRMS tools, and facility management.
Strong understanding of labor law compliance, payroll inputs, and HR policies.
Effective communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is an added advantage.

As per individual skills, experience, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
