Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management.

  • Oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies, and manage vendor relationships to maintain a well-equipped workplace.

  • Organize and maintain the company’s filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure documents are secure and easily accessible.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support management decision-making processes.

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences, from logistical arrangements to on-site support.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and support basic bookkeeping tasks in coordination with the finance department.
