Admin Executive

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer & Video Editor who is also familiar with camera handling. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, editing photos and videos, and handling basic camera operations for shoots related to marketing, social media, and institutional activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design creative graphics for social media, posters, banners, flyers, and promotional materials

Edit videos for social media, advertisements, events, and promotional content

Handle camera operations for photo and video shoots (basic to intermediate level)

Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots as required

Edit raw footage and images to produce high-quality content

Add effects, transitions, subtitles, and background music to videos

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines

Organize and manage media files and backups

Coordinate with the marketing/admin team for content requirements

Meet deadlines and deliver quality output

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.)

Basic knowledge of photography and videography

Familiarity with camera handling, lighting, and framing

Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management skills

Experience in social media content creation preferred

Office-based / On-site shoots
