Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our Administration team at Country Holidays Travel. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth coordination among departments, and maintaining an efficient working environment. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative duties such as office maintenance, inventory management, filing, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, equipment, and services.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
Support HR and Finance teams in documentation and logistics as required.
Manage courier services, incoming/outgoing correspondence, and office communication.
Monitor office expenses and support budget preparation for the admin department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Be available for business-related travel when required.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information.
