Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Support HR and accounts team with basic coordination tasks
Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and facility management
Manage courier services, dispatches, and logistics
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients
