Job description:
• Coordinate departmental activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update client folders, both physical and digital.
• Provide support to the team and carry out tasks as directed by the department head.
• Prepare and submit timely reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Comply with KYC requirements and manage records in the company database.
• Perform various administrative duties as assigned.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies.
• Write articles if required.
• Assist in all operations of Company’s corporate division.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
• Fluency in English - Must
• Experience in international or multinational companies is considered an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, )
